Two Israeli airstrikes in northern Gaza left at least 88 people dead, Palestinian health officials reported on Tuesday.
Among the victims are dozens of women and children, trapped in the affected buildings.
According to the Associated Press, the director of a nearby hospital explained that the wounded are receiving little to no medical care.
This is due to the recent detention of several doctors during an Israeli raid on the medical center over the weekend.
THE TERRIBLE ISRAEL ATTACK UNFOLDS IN GAZA

Israel has intensified its operations in northern Gaza in an attempt to neutralize Hamas strongholds in the area, according to the Israeli military, reported AP.
However, the escalation of violence has raised international concerns about the critical situation facing hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in the northern territory.

In these areas, resource shortages and the destruction of vital infrastructure have stretched humanitarian response efforts to the limit.
Tensions in the region further escalated when Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed Lebanese political and paramilitary group, launched rockets toward Israel.
This occurred from Lebanon in response to Israeli attacks in Gaza.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported several casualties following Israeli bombings in the city of Sidon, AP sources confirmed.
The situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate as both sides of the conflict exchange fire.
While Hamas has expressed interest in negotiating a ceasefire, their demands remain unchanged: they seek a permanent truce and the withdrawal of Israeli troops, conditions Israel has previously rejected.
