A convicted child rapist and producer of child pornography, who was unlawfully present in the United States, has been deported to his home country.

Felipe Nery Casco Murillo, a Honduran national, was wanted by authorities in Honduras for rape and aggravated child pornography production.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that the deportation was carried out on May 16, when Casco was handed over to Honduran officials.

The case dates back to May 13, 2023, when Casco arrived at the Hidalgo, Texas, Port of Entry to request admission into the United States.

That same day, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) granted him conditional entry under supervised release while awaiting immigration proceedings.

It wasn’t until November 5, 2024, that ICE received an official notice of an international arrest warrant issued against Felipe Nery Casco Murillo in Honduras.

Honduran authorities accused Casco of rape and producing child pornography in its most aggravated form.

Upon confirmation of the international alert, ICE arrested him on January 28, 2025.

Subsequently, on April 17, an immigration judge from the Executive Office for Immigration Review ordered his immediate deportation.

ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) office in St. Paul, Minnesota, executed the order and repatriated Felipe Nery Casco Murillo to Honduras.
